User Agreement for the UGG.net.ua website

1. General conditions

This Agreement defines the rules for using the ugg.net.ua website, including the ordering, payment, delivery, and return procedures. By visiting the website, the user acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Basic terms

The website is a web resource ugg.net.ua , owned by the UGG store administration.
Buyer – an individual or legal entity placing an order.
The seller is the online store UGG.net.ua, which accepts and fulfills the order.
Product – products presented in the store’s catalogue.

3. User registration

Registration allows you to store your purchase history, receive special offers, and receive personalized discounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate.

4. Placing orders

The buyer selects the desired product, adds it to the cart, and completes the order form. After submitting the form, a manager will contact them to confirm the details.

5. Payment

Online payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta.
Cashless payments for legal entities.

Payment system fees or cash on delivery charges may be borne by the buyer in accordance with the terms of service.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta (from a branch, parcel terminal, or courier). Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.

7. Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt, if the product is in its original condition, with tags and packaging.

8. Guarantees

The store guarantees the authenticity of the products and their correspondence to the description. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

9. Personal data

By providing personal data, the user consents to its processing for the purposes of placing and delivering orders. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for delivery services and payment systems necessary for the service.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All website materials (images, text, logos, and design) belong to the UGG.net.ua store. Copying, distribution, or publication of materials without written permission from the site administration is prohibited.

11. Responsibilities of the parties

The seller is not responsible for delivery delays or payment system failures. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the paid order.
